Are the leggings squat-proof?

Yes. SculptFlex fabric is fully opaque under stretch and the high waistband is engineered to stay put through squats, lunges and long days.

How much support does the MotionRise Sculpt Bra give?

Medium-to-high support with a bonded underband and adjustable back — designed with D+ cups in mind.

Fabric & care

How do I wash my pieces?

Machine wash cold with like colors, lay flat or hang to dry. Skip fabric softener — it coats performance fibers.

Accessories

Will the Crystal Wireless Earbuds survive a sweaty workout?

They're sweat-resistant with a secure in-ear fit. Wipe them dry after training and keep the case away from water.
