- Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days from Atlanta, GA.
- US Standard (3–7 business days): flat rate — free on orders over $125.
- US Express (1–3 business days): calculated at checkout.
- International: coming soon.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Returns & exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
- Fit exchanges are free — we'll send your new size as soon as the return is scanned.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
- For hygiene reasons, Crystal Wireless Earbuds are returnable only if unopened; defective units are covered by a 1-year warranty.
